DELETE SHUTDOWN BUTTON FROM START MENU

Another easier method will b thru the group policy editor...

1) Run ( Windows key+ R)
2) Type gpedit.msc
3)User Configuration >> Administrative templates >> Taskbar and start menu >> Locate
" Prevent access to Shut Down command.."
